Return Policy
At Total Keepers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, we offer a full refund of the product amount, excluding the original shipping costs.
Conditiones:
- You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with its packaging and tags intact.
Process:

- We will send you instructions for shipping the product.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or there was an error in the shipment.
Refunds:
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, excluding the shipping costs paid in the original order.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
At Total Keepers, we understand that plans can change, so we offer you the possibility to cancel your order easily. Our cancellation policy aims to be as flexible and clear as our return policy.
Conditions for Cancellation
- You can request the cancellation of your order up to 24 hours after making the purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In that case, you can manage the return following our return policy.

- Provide the order number and the reason for the cancellation.
- We will confirm if the order is cancelable and send you the corresponding instructions.
Refund
- If the cancellation is made within the allowed period and the order has not been shipped: We will refund the total purchase amount, including shipping costs, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund will be made within a maximum of 10 business days.
- If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it and process the return, in which case the conditions established in our return policy will apply.
